Anderson Pest Solutions Acquires St. Louis-Based American Pest Inc.

ELMHURST, Ill. -  Anderson Pest Solutions, Elmhurst, Ill., announced that it has acquired American Pest, Inc, Lake St. Louis, Mo.

Donald Burris, president of American Pest, said,  “I have been very happy with the transition process, further my team is enjoying a positive evolution in terms support and benefits that I believe will provide my clients a superior service.”

Mark O’Hara, president of Anderson added, “We feel American’s service team is an outstanding fit with our organization.  This move further solidifies or presence in the St. Louis market and we are seeking similar opportunities in Southern Wisconsin and Northern Indiana.”
