ATLANTA, Ga. — Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the acquisition of Spencer Pest Services in North Charleston, S.C. Spencer Pest Services is a full service company, specializing in residential and commercial pest control, termite control and wildlife control.

“At Spencer Pest Services, we strive for exemplary customer service and are passionate about how our customers and our employees are treated. Since our merger with Arrow in Florida, we know, first hand, that we are in the right ‘home,’” said Sheri Spencer, owner of Spencer Pest Services. “We know our employees will be well taken care of, as they have been in Melbourne and Vero Beach, and that was really important to me. Emily Thomas Kendrick, chief executive officer and president of Arrow Exterminators, said, “We have been looking to acquire a quality full service pest and termite control company in South Carolina. Spencer’s commitment to their customers, family values and passion for customer service as well as their full service offerings is a perfect fit with us.”

Tim Pollard, chief operating officer, Arrow Exterminators, added, “Spencer Pest Services is extremely well regarded in the Charleston area and surrounding communities. We are proud to have this seasoned team of professionals join the Arrow family.  As we grow in South Carolina, we are continuously looking for acquisition partners who will complement our objectives and principles.”
