It is with enormous pride that I announce Emily’s promotion to CEO and president. I have every confidence that with her leadership, we are poised for future growth and success.”

Kendrick’s charismatic and effective leadership style and inherent ability to maintain Arrow’s unique family culture will drive the future of Arrow.  Her work ethic and passion for the industry as well as her enthusiasm will continue to serve the company well.

“I am a very lucky individual to have the honor to work with my dad every day. It is a true joy that I hold very dear. My dad and I make a very effective and formidable team together. I learn something from him every day. On top of all of that, we have an absolute blast working together. I am very grateful indeed,” said Kendrick.
