ATLANTA, Ga. -  Arrow Exterminators announced today key leadership promotions. Joe Thomas will assume the role as chairman of the Board; Emily Thomas Kendrick has been promoted to chief executive officer and president and Jeff Singley will move into the role of chief operating officer..

According to Joe Thomas, “Emily has been groomed for this role for many years and has proven her executive capabilities since 2003 as chief operating officer and since 2008 as president and chief operating officer. It is with enormous pride that I announce Emily’s promotion to CEO and president. I have every confidence that with her leadership, we are poised for future growth and success.”

Kendrick’s charismatic and effective leadership style and inherent ability to maintain Arrow’s unique family culture will drive the future of Arrow.  Her work ethic and passion for the industry as well as her enthusiasm will continue to serve the company well.

“I am a very lucky individual to have the honor to work with my dad every day. It is a true joy that I hold very dear. My dad and I make a very effective and formidable team together. I learn something from him every day. On top of all of that, we have an absolute blast working together. I am very grateful indeed,” said Kendrick.

Thomas went on to say, “Some may wonder if I plan on retiring.  My plan is for death and retirement is to occur at the same time.  I love Arrow and what we are building together as a team.  I will remain a very active chairman of the Board.”
