Western Pest Services, a New Jersey-based pest control company with branches throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions, announced that eight of its branches have earned the service industry’s coveted 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award. The award is given annually to approximately 5 percent of all companies rated on Angie’s List, the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service companies.

“We are extremely honored to be recognized for the second year in a row by Angie’s List with a Super Service Award,” said Tom Walters, president of Western Pest Services. “Our goal is to always exceed our customer’s expectations, so it’s gratifying to know that our dedicated service teams have accomplished what they set out to do and our customers are pleased enough to give us excellent reviews.”

The Western Pest Services branches honored with the 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award include:

  • Washington, D.C.
  • Fairfax, Va.
  • Richmond, Va.
  • Virginia Beach, Va.
  • Wilmington, Del.
  • Shrewsbury, N.J.
  • West Orange, N.J.
  • Baltimore, Md.

“It is a select group of companies rated on Angie’s List that can claim the exemplary customer service record of being a Super Service Award winner,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “Our standards for the Super Service Award are quite high. The fact that Western Pest Services earned this recognition speaks volumes about its dedication to providing great service to its customers.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2012 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, including earning a minimum number of reports, an excellent rating from their customers and abiding by Angie’s List operational guidelines.

Service company ratings are updated daily on Angie’s List. Companies are graded on an A through F scale in areas ranging from price to professionalism to punctuality. Members can locate the 2012 Super Service Award logo next to company names in search results on AngiesList.com.
