HomeTeam Announces a Trio of Acquistions

The Dallas-based company and Rollins subsidiary has acquired Woodsmill Pest Control, St. Louis, Mo.; Enviro-Tech, Dallas; and J&S Pretreat Company, Phoenix, Ariz.

DALLAS – HomeTeam Pest Defense recently acquired the following three pest management companies in the Mid-Central and Southwest: Woodsmill Pest Control based in St. Louis, Mo.; Enviro-Tech in Dallas, Texas and J&S Pretreat Company in Phoenix, Ariz.  Transaction terms were not disclosed.                           

“We were attracted to these pest and termite control companies because of their many years of pest management experience,” said Kevin Wolf, HomeTeam’s chief financial officer. “The outstanding customer service focus provided by Woodsmill, Enviro-Tech and J&S Pretreat fits perfectly into our company’s core business values.”

The acquisitions will allow HomeTeam to add density to their customer base in the St. Louis, Dallas/Fort Worth and Phoenix markets.

“We are pleased to welcome Woodsmill, Enviro-Tech and J&S Pretreat customers and employees to HomeTeam,” Wolf added.
