CHICAGO – Anderson Pest Solutions announced it has acquired Pest Solutions, St. Charles, Mo.

Marv Boyer, president of Pest Solutions, said, “Anderson’s team is wonderful to work with and provides the highest caliber of service. That’s why I asked their team to care for my clients.” 

Mark O’Hara, president of Anderson added, “Like Pest Solutions, Anderson, is a family-owned company dedicated to providing a superior service experience and a pest-free environment and we are excited about this opportunity”.

Pest Solutions has served the St. Louis metropolitan area, providing both residential and commercial services.

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company announced that its subsidiary EG Systems, Inc., doing business as Scotts LawnService, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Action Pest Control, Evansville Ind., which ranked 56th on the 2014 PCT Top 100 list, with annual revenues of $11.6 million. The transaction, which is expected to close by January 2015, would mark Scotts’ first acquisition of a structural pest control business.
