ST. LOUIS, Mo. – BASF Pest Control Solutions announced Heath Kern, from Springfield, Mo, as the Roguard™ Need for Speed grand prize winner.  He set an all-time record with 3.91 seconds to unlock, open, and clean out two of the new Roguard Rodent Bait Stations. Kern will receive a trip for two to the Daytona 500 on Feb. 14, 2010 from BASF.
