Colden Common-based developer of green pest control products, Exosect, has appointed two new members of staff to bolster its marketing team at a time of growth for the firm.

Jill Judge and Joanne Johnson join Exosect as marketing executives. Judge will be responsible for market research, while Johnson will lead campaign implementation and tracking. The new appointments will report into international marketing manager, Jane Terry, who joined the firm in June last year from international advertising agency Leo Burnett.

Martin Brown, managing director at Exosect, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jill and Joanne to the team at such an exciting time for Exosect. Since the UK launch of our environmentally-friendly moth control product, Exosex SPTab, earlier this year, we have experienced a strong level of demand and this is being mirrored in other countries as we continue to roll out the product to Europe. The marketing team is fundamental to driving this European launch so now couldn’t be a better time to bolster our team with more experience.”

Judge’s previous experience includes head of research for private client investment managers Morgan Stanley Quilter where her responsibilities incorporated equity research for a number of sectors including pharmaceuticals, chemicals and food.

Prior to her new role, Johnson worked as a marketing account manager for creative agency, RLA Group, where she acquired expertise in project management and communications. Her main responsibility was to manage an incentive and promotions programme for Volkswagen Trade Parts Specialists.

The marketing team has also welcomed back Georgina Donavan who has recently returned to Exosect following her maternity leave. As PR Assistant, Georgina will be working closely with Jill and Joanne to implement the European launch of Exosex SPTab.
