I have an account with 14 stations around the exterior. From May to October, it's not been unusual to replace 12+ bait blocks each month. Last month, I switched to Resolv soft bait. I replaced 2 packs this month. Have any of you noticed a similar drop in consumption when switching to soft baits?

Well, I have not used the soft packs yet, but I did switch from Contrac Bloxs on one account to another bait blox & notice a reduction as well.. Where before I would change out between 22 blocks (low) up to 34-40 blocks in some cases (34 bait stations, each holes 5 of the Contrac blocks, the new blocks the stations will hole 6 blocks. (The new blocks I may change out 10-14 blocks in 1 month) Less mold issues VS Contrac but less feeding/hits. Same active ingredients.

Wondering if this is due to insects and/or slugs / snails.

All I know is that I love First Strike soft bait. I'll never use solid bait again!

Yep First Strike it is. Love it. I switched from Final and Contrac. I'm exclusive to First Strike from now on.
Btw, I bought two cases of the new Protecta EVO Express stations. AWESOME! The best station ever made. They open like a dream (love the key). They are easy to clean and the built in cement block is the bomb. They are cheap too..considering what you get.

The Contrac usually gets eaten. First Strike not so much. If they don't eat it...it won't kill them! I'm stayin with Contrac!

I do not get any of the soft bait hit on. I use Generation Mini blocs and they are completly gone but the soft bait on the same post in the bait staion is never eaten. I thought maybe I was the only one but it seems other PCOs have this problem. I gave up on First Strike but then i bought Resolv and the same problem.

I'm more of a fan of Bell Laboratories' "FASTRAC" series myself. Just as effective as CONTRAC in my opinion but cheaper.

I have tried them all and Good Ol' Contrac has the best acceptance. If they don't eat it....It's worthless.
