So you do an initial service for ants or roaches. Many times these treatments need a follow-up treatment, or two....or more for roaches in apartments. I usually tell our customers to give our first treatment about two weeks before they call back for a follow-up visit. Do you agree with this two week period? What do you tell your customers?

Most pests, 2-3 weeks. Fleas, mandatory 3 weeks minimum. But I am not seeing much in callbacks, fortunately.

For ants and roaches I tell them 10-14 days.
