Wow. This is every technician's nightmare. The restaurant is filthy, it's open 24 hours, and now management is looking for someone to blame because of the bad publicity. I can see by the logo on the sticky trap just who the hotel wants to yell at. I'll bet the technician documented this level of filth over and over.
I make sure every account has a contract that our company is not responsible for any damages to premises, expenses..etc. etc. because of the Customer's pests. These hotel managers would expect us to take the financial hit for their slacking sanitation and the bugs that thrive in it.
