HomeTeam Pest Defense Acquires Pair of Companies

The company acquired Integral Pest Management, Ocala, Fla. and PestBear Pest and Termite Company, Houston, Texas.

DALLAS  - HomeTeam Pest Defense announced it has acquired Integral Pest Management based in Ocala, Fla. and PestBear Pest and Termite Company located in Houston, Texas.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.                           

“We were attracted to both Integral and PestBear because of their emphasis on customer service,” said Jerry Gahlhoff, president of HomeTeam Pest Defense.

“These acquisitions will allow our company to expand in important geographic areas. We are pleased to welcome Integral and PestBear customers to HomeTeam.  These well-run and established companies will increase our market penetration in central Florida and northern Houston areas,” Gahlhoff added.
