The company has acquired Pest Guard, based in Sykesville, Md., and Reliable Pest Management, located in Lakeland, Fla.

DALLAS — HomeTeam Pest Defense announced it has acquired Pest Guard, based in Sykesville, Md., and Reliable Pest Management, located in Lakeland, Fla.                             

“We were attracted to both Pest Guard and Reliable because of their long-tenured residential and commercial pest and termite customer base,” said Kevin Wolf, CFO of HomeTeam Pest Defense. “These acquisitions will allow our company to expand our customer service focus in the pest control industry.  We are pleased to welcome Pest Guard and Reliable customers and employees to HomeTeam. These well-run and established companies will increase our market penetration in the Washington D.C. and central Florida areas.”
