COVINA, Calif. —Isotech Pest Management has been named to Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies. The company’s rapid growth has earned it a spot on the list for the second consecutive year. Under the leadership of Mike Masterson, CEO, and Kevin Alden, President, the company has built a significant foothold along the West coast even in the face of stiff competition from the nation’s largest pest control companies.

According to the article on Inc.com, “Isotech Pest Management offers commercial pest management services and also designs and manufactures pest products for consumers. After Isotech was featured in an L.A. Times article, the company was approached by several television production companies about developing a reality TV show centered on company founder Mike Masterson and his team. The result was the series Verminators, broadcast on the Discovery Channel, which has dramatically increased Isotech's public profile since it first aired in early 2009.”

Masterson commented about the recognition,  “We are indeed proud of this honor, but as a company we really know that our customers put us on this list. Our customers, their trust, and willingness to work with is the lifeblood of Isotech, and without it, we would not exist, let alone receive an honor like this.”

Alden added, “This is a real honor for Isotech and a testament to a kind of people we have working throughout the company. Our staff, from in-office customer service to our field technicians, really do treat this company as if it were their own and view each customer as the most important asset our company has. Without this type of approach our growth would be impossible to maintain.”
