Stouffer Technologies is introducing its new combination Kritter-Cap for vinyl-sided homes. The SCI-354 Kritter-Cap was designed to stops bees, wasps, mice and other insects and rodents from gaining access into the attic through an open corner post.

The combination Kritter-Cap SCI-354 can be used for 3-inch, 3 2-inch and 4-inch corner posts. This new Kritter-Cap also has removable filler tabs that are used for filling voids where the plywood sheathing or insulation under the siding doesn’t come to a square corner.

The Kritter-Cap will not deteriorate, fall out, slide out or be pulled out by squirrels or rodents, nor does it have to be fastened in with screws or adhesive.

The SCI-354 Kritter-Cap is ready to slide into a 4-inch corner post with no alterations. For a 3 2-inch corner posts the pest management professsional snips or breaks off the end base section and one leg section. For the 3-inch corner the professional would remove two base sections and two leg sections.
