Introducing the newest addition to PestPac’s suite of efficiency and business productivity tools: PestPac Mobile 2.0. Mobile 2.0 allows PMPs to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction with a device its technicians already carry — their smartphone. Mobile 2.0 features an offline mode for areas without service and live data sync when a connection is available. Technicians can view and update appointments and account information, time in and out of orders, record material usage using the intuitive Material Entry Wizard, print detailed inspection reports and capture signatures. Technicians can process credit card payments from the app using PestPac’s PCI DSS & PA DSS (PABP) secure integration.
