Terminix Acquires Antimite Termite and Pest Control
Terminix has acquired the assets of Chino Hills, Calif.-based Antimite Termite and Pest Control and its Arizona affiliate, SOS Exterminating. Founded in 1941, Antimite operates 12 branch locations across California and Arizona, reaching more than 37,000 customers and producing $30 million in annual revenue. Antimite and SOS Exterminating will continue to operate as stand-alone entities and provide termite and pest control services under their current names to their existing customers.MORE >>
