Kim O’Connor will focus on insuring the conversion and migration of all Rollins’ data from their in-house pest control software to ServSuite.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Service Pro announced today that it has appointed Kim O’Connor as Rollins Project Director effective Feb. 1, 2012.
O’Connor, the company’s chief audit executive, is responsible for quality assurance and managing the conversion and transfer of clients’ data from their old software to ServSuite. This new assignment will focus on insuring the conversion and migration of all Rollins’ data from their in-house pest control software to ServSuite pest control software. O’Connor began this task about sixteen months ago as head of Quality Assurance.
O’Connor joined Service Pro as part of the Sales and Support department after graduating from Ohio University. She then moved to the Training department and then to managing Data Conversions, with her role eventually evolving to her current position as CAE and Rollins Project Director.
