P+L Systems Restructures its North American Market

P+L Systems, a manufacturer of flying insect and bird control solutions, commercial washroom hygiene products and systems, announced a new product sales and support partner for North American markets.

Effective March 1, P+L Systems products will be represented by TNC, an independent consulting and service company based in New Jersey.

TNC will be responsible for managing all sales and product support functions and will be led by Chris Bowley a 30 year plus veteran of the pest management industry in both North America and Europe.

The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company announced that its subsidiary EG Systems, Inc., doing business as Scotts LawnService, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Action Pest Control, Evansville Ind., which ranked 56th on the 2014 PCT Top 100 list, with annual revenues of $11.6 million.
