UNION, Ky. — Perfection Family of Services, parent company of Perfection Pest Control announced the acquisition of Hamilton, Ohio-based Responsible Services.

Responsible Services, owned by Jeff Teague, specializes in environmentally friendly pest management services. “I sold to Perfection because of their history and reputation for superior customer service. Perfection is a NPMA QualityPro company and has an excellent record with the Better Business Bureau, and has been awarded the Angie’s List Super Service Award three years in a row.”

Tim Leatherman, president of Perfection Pest Control, added, “Responsible Services is a well respected company servicing the Greater Cincinnati and southern Dayton areas, and fits into Perfection Pest Control’s growth plans into the northern Cincinnati to southern Dayton area.”

Perfection Family of Services includes Perfection Pest Control, Perfection Handyman Services, and Perfection K9 Services.
