Marathon Data Systems announced the dates and locations for their 2012 PestPac User Conference. For the first time ever the company announced that it will hold two conferences, one in Florida and one in California; giving clients a choice of which conference to attend. For the 2012 User Conference Marathon will implement client feedback from previous years’ conferences like never before.

Since 2004 the company has held a bi-annual conference, with all but one located in the state of Florida, where a large portion of Marathon’s clients are based. This meant long flights and high travel cost for Marathon’s growing west coast client base. This year Marathon will give clients a choice of attending either the Orlando, Florida User Conference in November or the San Diego, California User Conference in December. For most this will mean shorter flights and lower travel costs, while still experiencing the conference in a desirable vacation-like setting.

This year Marathon will also incorporate fun activities such as golf and local tours, and offer more focused employee role-based training classes, both popular suggestions from previous years. Marathon expects this year’s conference(s) to be the biggest, best and most beneficial conference to date and strongly encourages clients to attend.  The conferences will feature similar agendas, so clients do not need to come to both (but can and will receive a discount on the second registration if they wish to attend both).
