WALL, N.J. — Marathon Data Systems has partnered with Affiliated Technology Solutions to integrate the AltiGen Voice Platform with PestPac Software. PCOs who use AltiGen VOIP solution with the PestPac integration will unlock the ability to automatically access client and prospect account information based solely on the incoming phone number, significantly streamlining their office workflow. In addition, companies with multiple locations will be able to operate under one seamless system.

Marathon is enthusiastic about the partnership, as it will provide their customers with another tool to manage and grow their companies, according to Marathon CEO, Chris Sullens, who said, “Our clients are constantly looking for ways to make their office and field staff more efficient and productive.  By integrating with a best in class VOIP solution, like AltiGen, we will provide a seamless solution that provides significant savings over their existing voice solutions and, more importantly, streamlines the workflow for the office staff allowing them to provide better service with the same or fewer resources.  I’m excited to add this key integration to our recent platform enhancements, like our proprietary route optimization solution, our integrated GPS and driver behavior module and our automated service notification tools, as they add significant value for our clients and further differentiate our platform from that of our competitors.“
