ServSuite to be Available on Apple and Android Platform

Supplier News

This availability means that ServSuite is available on all three major platforms.

| March 8, 2012

COLUMBUS, Ohio –Service Pro.net, developers of ServSuite, announced that the ServSuite program will be available on the Apple and Android platform within the second quarter of 2012. The availability of the ServSuite mobile applications for the different platforms now makes ServSuite the only pest control software solution available on all three major platforms, the company reports.

This breakthrough in pest control management software will give pest control companies the flexibility they need in order to increase their revenues and decrease their expenses. Business managers will no longer need special equipment in order to access their client invoices and records, or organize their mobile workforce. With an Android or Apple-based mobile phone, any pest control manager or field technician can access information from their ServSuite account. Pest control technicians can now easily access their schedules, service routes, and clients’ information on even a simple mobile phone, tablet, or laptop. This type of mobile accessibility, although only recently available on mobile phones and tablets, has been around for a while and transitioning to this type of paperless transaction should be fairly quick and simple, according to ServicePro.net.

For pest control operators using Windows Mobile on their portable devices, Service Pro.net has a traditional Windows Mobile 6.5 application designed to run on rugged bar-code scanners and non-bar-code scanner devices. This application can fill the gap for those non-Apple or Android users and also bring about the same results as the cross-mobile application.
