The Texas Pest Control Association announced that its 2010 annual Convention will be held Nov. 4-5, at the Doubletree Hotel Intercontinental Airport in Houston.

HOUSTON - The Texas Pest Control Association announced that its 2010 annual Convention will be held Nov. 4-5, at the Doubletree Hotel Intercontinental Airport in Houston.

The convention will included great speakers that will provide PCOs with tips for marketing their business and customizing their service to the 21st century customer, including Amy Tinsley from Constant Contact presenting The Power of Email Marketing and Social Media and Terry Sumerlin on Difference-Making Customer Service. There is a golf outing at the Tour 18 Golf Club on Thursday, as well as a Welcome Reception and PAC auction that evening. The registration brochure can be downloaded here.
