Terminix Service Earns QualityPro Designation

The company has earned the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA) QualityPro designation by taking extraordinary steps to ensure a higher level of business conduct and customer satisfaction.

COLUMBIA, S.C.  – Terminix Service Inc., a pest management company with more than 60 years of service in states across the Southeast, has earned the National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA) QualityPro designation. This certification, earned by less than 3% of companies nationwide, is the highest certification offered to organizations in structural pest management industry.

As a QualityPro-approved company, Terminix Service Inc. has joined the list of exclusive pest management companies who took extraordinary steps to ensure a higher level of business conduct and customer satisfaction. From running criminal background checks on all employees to comprehensive testing and training requirements, QualityPro companies are committed to providing consumers with the highest possible services.

QualityPro-approved companies have met or exceeded qualifications built around four key principles: Business Operations, Consumer Relations, Environmental Stewardship and Technician Training. These qualifications include employing only highly trained, credentialed employees; offering clear, easy-to-understand warranties and service agreements; maintaining a drug-free workplace; advertising truthfully and ethically; and maintaining an up-to-date insurance policy. In addition, Terminix Service, Inc. can now qualify for additional certifications including, QualityPro Schools, QualityPro Food Protection and GreenPro.
