MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Terminix has entered into a joint venture with Security and Intelligence Services (India) Ltd. (SIS Group)  to perform pest and termite control services in India. The joint venture will serve both residential and commercial customers.

This is the company’s first, non-franchise expansion outside of North America, a significant milestone for the world’s largest pest control company.

Both parties bring several decades of experience to the relationship. Terminix will provide its valued technical expertise and knowledge of the termite and pest control industry, while SIS will provide its understanding of the Indian marketplace, along with its extensive infrastructure and customer base.
