Truly Nolen of America Promotes Heffke and Neziol

John Heffke and Shawnacee Neziol are now managers at the company's East Valley Branch (Tempe, Ariz.)

TUCSON, Ariz. - Truly Nolen of America announced the recent promotions of John Heffke and Shawnacee Neziol. Heffke was named branch manager, Commercial Division, of the company’s East Valley Branch (1005 N. Stadem, #202, Tempe).

Heffke was hired as a manager trainee in October 2008.  He has vast experience in both sales and operations management, and was initially placed at East Valley to help restructure and re-establish the sales department.  Year-to-date, he has helped the branch achieve over 100 percent of their sales quota.

“John constantly has a smile on his face and is always looking for new opportunities to improve the branch,” District Manager Leo Gomes said. “ I expect great things from him in the future.”

Neziol was promoted to branch manager, Residential Division of the same East Valley Branch

Neziol began her career at Truly Nolen in 2007 at the company’s North Tucson branch, where she worked in a pest control swing technician capacity and then as the branch’s full-time administrator.  In November 2009, she entered the company’s Manager-In-Training program and is completing Truly University at the present time.

“Shawnacee has a positive, straight forward attitude that will help with her in her new challenge as manager.” District Manager Dave Johnson said. “I expect great things from her in the future.”
