Jeff Bailey has been promoted to branch manager of the company’s Prescott, Ariz. office, while Mike Vialpando is the company’s new brand and marketing strategist.
PRESCOTT, Ariz. —Truly Nolen of America announced the promotion of Jeff Bailey to branch manager in Prescott, Ariz. (6594 E. Second Street). He will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians as well as manage sales inspectors and handle the day-to-day operations.
Previously as service coordinator for Truly Nolen in Chandler, Arizona, Bailey succeeded in this capacity as providing unsurpassed quality service to his customers. Beginning his pest control career servicing Florida, Bailey looks forward to assisting others in becoming successful in their career paths. Having begun his manager-in-training duties last October, Bailey will graduate from Truly University this March.

Truly Nolen of America also announce the addition of Mike Vialpando as its new brand and marketing strategist.
With more than two decades of brand development, graphic design and leadership experience, Vialpando will build upon Truly Nolen’s recognizable brand and support its marketing efforts to expand the company’s national footprint. In addition, Vialpando will help communicate Truly Nolen’s brand identity and services through strategic planning, creative design and unique messaging.
Vialpando most recently worked as the Interim vice president of marketing and sales for HF Coors Dinnerware, where he led the development of new products to market, PR campaigns, brand identity and web design. He was also responsible for the re-branding efforts of ACS Air Conditioning Services while serving as marketing director and brand manager.
