CHANDLER and SIERRA VISTA, Ariz. — Truly Nolen of America announced the promotion of Craig Hansen to manage the Chandler branch (135 E. Ray Road). He will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the day-to-day operations at both the Chandler and Casa Grande branches.

Hansen brings 16 years of pest control experience in the Phoenix Valley area. Before entering the pest control industry Craig was an Army paratrooper. He has held many pest control positions, including being a route technician, termite technician and a sales inspector. Since joining the Truly Nolen team in 2009, he successfully completed the Manager-Training-Program and became the Sierra Vista manager soon after.

“Craig has shown quite impressive management and people skills during his training classes, and continued to show those skills while managing the Sierra Vista branch,” said Dave Johnson, district manager of Southern Arizona. “We know he will create wonderful opportunities for the Chandler branch just as he did in Sierra Vista.”

Truly Nolen also announced the promotion of Christopher Slaper to branch manager in Sierra Vista (200 A Myer Drive). He will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the day-to-day operations.

Slaper, a United States Coast Guard veteran and Tucson native, has been involved in numerous aspects of the pest management industry since 1989. His expertise includes turf and ornamental, weed control and wildlife trapping. He started at Truly Nolen as a sales inspector in February 2010, and recently graduated from the Manager-Training-Program.

“Christopher’s background in landscape and weed control will be great benefits in creating additional revenue streams for the branch,” said Shane McManamy district manager of the southern Arizona area. “He has been in the pest control industry for many years and his people skills will be the perfect fit in Sierra Vista.”
