MARCO ISLAND, Fla. – Truly Nolen announced the recent promotion of Gary Popdan to branch manager of the Marco Island branch (1101 Bald Eagle Drive), the number two ranked branch in the company. He will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Popdan began his career with the company in March 2009 when he participated in the MIT program in the South West, Fla., region. He completed his sales, termite, and pest and lawn training within a few months of joining the company. He then moved to Lehigh, Fla., for administrative and service management training, and completed his management training in Englewood, Fla., in December 2009.

Popdan was promoted to branch manager of the Venice, Fla., location in January 2010, and has gained a great deal of experience by working at several South West Florida area branches.

“I look forward to seeing how Gary takes on this new challenge of managing the number two ranked branch in the company,” District Manager of South West Florida Frank Iacono said. “I know he will excel in his new location by keeping up the high level of customer service.”
