Truly Nolen Hires Customer Service Representative Team Leader

Michele Murray to oversee company's day-to-day customer service activity

 ORLANDO, Fla. – Truly Nolen has named Michele Murray as Customer Service Representative (CSR) Team Leader.

The company said Murray will be a pivotal member of the Truly Nolen management team and will oversee all aspects of Truly Nolen’s day-to-day functions through assisting, monitoring and training branch CSRs to ensure maximum effectiveness and productivity.

Murray will be responsible for customer acquisition and retention, meeting branch growth and profit objectives, uncovering prospective new customer leads and documenting employee performance and training.

“Murray brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Truly Nolen,” said Scott Nolen, president of Truly Nolen. “She’s a tremendous asset in enhancing our sales and workforce teams, so that we can continue to provide dependability and quality service as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.”

Murrayhas over 23 years of experience, and has guided managers through administrative duties and has worked directly for vice presidents, the company said.
