AUSTIN, Texas — John Bolanos, president of Univar Environmental Sciences, announced a series of promotions to better align Univar’s internal structure to meet market expectations.

“As our business has continued to grow in the markets we serve, and we look to enter new markets and geographies, it is critical to align our internal structure to meet these market expectations and be more representative of the world class organization we are,” Bolanos said.
 
Trace McEuen has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Environmental Sciences. In this position McEuen will continue to manage the day-to-day functions, performance, and production of Univar's business as GM, but will take on additional responsibilities and oversight for Univar's LATAM business, Corporate Accounts, and the development of new supplier relations.

John Tunison has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration for Environmental Sciences. In this position Tunison will continue to manage and plan all financial-related activities, provide oversight on compliance of administrative policies and procedures, and continue to provide oversight to the distributor's MPU group. He will be taking on the management of Univar's growing business and pricing analysis team and their efforts to support our growing financial and new market needs.

Karl Kisner has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing for Environmental Sciences. In this position Kisner will continue to develop and create Univar's campaigns, promotions, and tactics that have grown Univar's presence and reinforced its branding strategies in the marketplace. He will also be taking a collaborative role in sharing some of Univar's strategies and successes by working with other Univar business groups to help drive their efforts in specific markets and product lines.

James Osuch has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for Environmental Sciences. In this position Osuch will be actively engaged in sourcing, selection, and development of world class talent as well as leading the process for employee training and career path management. Osuch will be Univar's link to its global HR initiatives and incorporating those into its business, as well as take a key role in the growth and alignment of its current and future leadership of Environmental Sciences to meet its growing business needs.
