ATHENS, Tenn. - The Comfort Guard RL is the newest innovation in American Bedding Manufacturers' bed bug proof technology, the company announced.

The soft-knit, washable mattress cover is a uniquely breathable, waterproof take on American Bedding’s industry-leading bed bug proof cover design.  The Comfort Guard RL is washable and dryable in temperatures up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Not only is it bed bug proof, but the Comfort Guard RL is also anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and stain-resistant.  This inverted-seam mattress cover is environmentally friendly, containing no heavy metals or phthalates.  The Comfort Guard RL has been independently certified Bed Bug Proof and protects against bed bugs, pests, dust mites, mold, allergens, and bacteria, and is ideal for use in hotels, adult rehab centers, nursing homes, rescue missions, and even in single-family homes, the company said.
