Arrow Recognizes Top Performers with 2010 Pinnacle Club Award and Trip

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators recognized the company’s top producing service professionals and customer care specialists with the Pinnacle Club 2010 honor.

ATLANTA, Ga. — Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators recognized the company’s top producing service professionals and customer care specialists with the Pinnacle Club 2010 honor. 

This honor is earned for outstanding sales and service efforts. Sixty-three qualifying employees and their guests were invited to attend the Pinnacle Club awards banquet and spend a relaxing weekend at the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. Twenty-eight of the Pinnacle Club honorees also went Beyond the Call to achieve Arrow Exterminator’s elite Chairman’s Club status. These individuals arrived a day early and were treated to a special cocktail reception and dinner. 

“I am so proud of the folks who qualified for Chairman’s Club as well as Pinnacle Club this year,” said Arrow Chief Executive Officer Joe Thomas.  “We are pleased to honor such hard-charging employees for their outstanding achievements and are looking forward to another record setting year for Arrow.” 

President and Chief Operating Officer Emily Thomas added, “We have a really outstanding group of Service Professionals and Customer Care Representatives here at Arrow, and we are pleased to recognize their accomplishments annually at our Pinnacle Club and Chairman’s Club event as well as throughout the year.”
