DALLAS — Cantu Enterprises (Dallas), parent of Cantu Pest Control, McKinney, Texas, announces the acquisition of Denco Pest Control, based in Terrell, Texas.
Denco Pest Control currently serves approximately 400 residential pest and termite customers throughout the DFW Metroplex. Danny Stephens, owner of Denco Pest Control, said, "I sold to Cantu because of their history and reputation for superior customer service as well as my desire to perpetuate the sales and service culture my team and I created at Denco." Stephens will continue to own and operate Ter-Jam Flooring.
Tony Rios, vice president and general manager of Cantu Pest Control, said, "We are excited about the addition Denco Pest Control brings to the Cantu family. We look forward to working with the service staff from this fine company."
This marks the fifth acquisition the company has completed in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Cantu Enterprises (Dallas) began its entry into the Dallas market in 2009 with the acquisition of Express Pest Control in McKinney, Texas, followed by the acquisitions of Complete Pest Control, Discount Pest and Lawn, and Impact Pest Services.
