FORT MYERS, Fla. — Truly Nolen has appointed Joe Jayne manager of its Fort Myers, Fla., office and Anthony Crandall as branch manager of its Marco Island branch.

Jayne is a “jack of all trades” when it comes to Truly Nolen. Beginning in commercial sales five years ago, Jayne was always interested in advancement within the 75-year-old company. After six months in commercial sales he journeyed into residential sales and later to the manager-in-training program. In his first regional commercial sales manager position, Jayne grew sales by more than $600,000. Most recently, Jayne managed branches in Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Marco Island. “Power 98,” the nickname of the top grossing branch in Fort Myers, is one of the largest in the company.

“The opportunity to work in the Fort Myers branch is huge,” said Jayne. “The location was number one last year and now we have the opportunity to fine tune a lot of things. I’m coming into a great environment with a driven staff and I could not be more thankful.”

Crandall began his journey with Truly Nolen in August 2013 as a member of the manager-in-training program. The Bonita Springs resident was drawn to the core values of the company and, as a sales manager for nine years, connected with the company’s dedication to customer service. As branch manager, Crandall is responsible for maintaining satisfaction among employees and customers and growing the customer base.

“Anthony Crandall’s positive attitude is exactly what we look for in our managers,” said Truly Nolen District Manager Lance Washington. “He is a born leader and we look forward to watching him develop in his role.”

As branch managers, Jayne and Crandall are responsible for all internal hiring and promotions, mentoring incoming mangers, continually educating staff and maintaining customer satisfaction.
