PARSIPPANY, N.J., – Western Pest Services, a New Jersey-based company specializing in pest control services with branches throughout the Mid-Atlantic, today announced it would participate in Employee Learning Week starting Dec. 5. During this five-day celebration of workplace learning and performance, Western Pest Services’ employees will participate in a variety of activities including a social media lunch and learn, a supervisors’ safety session and customer service training. In addition, employees will receive “Daily Learning Reflections” emails to raise awareness of individual learning styles and needs.
