Lynchburg, Va.-based Dodson announced it has acquired Local Pest Control of Lexington, Va., previously owned by Thurman W. Clark.

LYNCHBURG, Va. — Dodson Pest Control announced it has acquired Local Pest Control of Lexington, Va., previously owned by Thurman W. Clark.  

Local Pest Control has been in business since 1977 and Mr. Clark decided to retire to spend more time with his family.  Most of the Local Pest Control employees have decided to join our Dodson team with all of their seniority intact from their years working for Mr. Clark.  The office at 2648 North Lee Highway in Lexington will become the Dodson Pest Control office for Rockbridge County.

Dodson Pest Control is one the largest family-owned pest control companies in the country. Established in Lynchburg, Virginia in 1944, Dodson Pest Control currently has 37 offices serving Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, eastern Tennessee and the District of Columbia-Maryland metropolitan area.
