SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. - Target Specialty Products has named Candy Dolan as the business manager for its fumigation market, and Bobby Maston as business manager for the company’s pest control market. Both promotions came on the heels of Target’s earlier announcement that Dean Osborn, former business manager for both structural pest control and fumigation markets, would move to Texas to become the business manager for B&G-Target in Texas and Oklahoma.
“The joint venture between Target and B&G Chemicals and Equipment Company on May 29 has been the catalyst for several changes within our management team. We are pleased to announce Candy Dolan as the new business manager for the fumigation market, and Bobby Maston as the business manager for the structural market,” said Rich Records, vice president and regional manager for Target.
As business managers, Dolan and Maston are responsible for coordinating the company’s strategic plan, working with manufacturer representatives and evaluating new products.
“Candy and Bobby are on top of the issues impacting the fumigation and pest management markets and have a great rapport with customers. They will do a great job leading the company’s efforts in these markets,” said Records.
Dolan began her career with Target Specialty Products in 1989, working in the fumigation and pest management markets. She has been a member of Target’s fumigation team, and has been instrumental in the success of Target’s annual fumigation school. She is a member of the Pest Control Operators of California Los Angeles/South Bay, San Gabriel, and San Bernardino/Riverside Districts.
Maston joined Target’s Santa Fe Springs branch as a customer service representative in 1994. In September of 1999, he assumed an outside sales territory in Southern California calling on pest management professionals. He is active in Pest Control Operators of California Orange County and Palm Springs Districts, and has served as the secretary for the Orange County District for the past 10 years.
