CHARLETSON, S.C. — Rawle Murdy and Terminix Service have won a 2018 Bronze Telly Award in the Business to Consumer category for an online commercial campaign. Leveraging an animated approach with real customer stories, the videos have proven a key lead driver to the Terminix website and is the most engaging social media content to-date.

Since 1979, the Telly Awards has recognized industry excellence and continues to reflect accomplishments in the ever-changing world of digital media. An international accolade, the Telly Awards received over 12,000 entries from all 50 states in the U.S., five continents and are judged by a council of over 200 previous winners and industry leaders.

The awarded campaign appeared as an animated series across the Terminix Service, Inc. social media channels, email campaigns and online advertisements. Inspired by the company’s industry-leading pest control services, samples of the work include the Rat in a Washing Machine, Cockroach Infestation and Leaking Pipe.

“We’re delighted to receive this recognition from the Telly Awards and congratulate Terminix on a campaign that garnered a strong emotional response across several digital channels,” said Bruce Murdy, President and CEO of Rawle Murdy. “We know that today’s consumers appreciate a good review, but what truly resonates is a memorable story - and that’s what we strived for in these commercials.”

“Every day, our technicians create personalized solutions for each unique pest problem,” said Trevor Knox, Terminix Service, Inc. vice president of sales and marketing. “These true stories show we’ve seen it all, and we’re proud of the creativity of our partner Rawle Murdy in helping us tell these stories in a fun way.”
