Pest Pros Pest Solutions, a Northern California based pest control provider, has named new partner Brad Wolfgram as the business development manager for the organization’s pest control operation.

"Through Brad's short time in the industry, he has been nothing short of spectacular in the large account, sales arena. We are truly excited to add such a strong player to the helm of our organization’s sales efforts,” says Josh Fleenor, president of Pest Pros Pest Solutions. “We pride ourselves in the level of service that we provide by protecting public health, and taking on the industries toughest challenges. The reason we have been so successful in such a short period of time is almost entirely based off of the culture that we have developed her at Pest Pros. This culture is derived directly from both, the caliber and character of the individuals that we continue to add to this team. Hearing that Brad was willing to take on this challenge and stand with us, is very exciting. I know that his loyalty and dedication to his customers and colleagues will further improve and add value to Pest Pros Pest Solutions culture in constructive ways.”

Starting out as an outside sales professional with a local top 50 pest company in 2013, Wolfgram quickly grew his territory from a few house accounts to a large portfolio of loyal clients, smashing all previous annual sales records and receiving the firms Account Representative of the year for 2013. They had also cut Wolfgram loose to attack the national sales side of their business, and his efforts paid off in that arena as well. Wolfgram most recently held the position of director of sales and marketing for a local firm, and even carried the additional title of interim operations manager after the quick departure of the previous manger.

"There is room for pest control businesses that want to do it the right way" said Brad Wolfgram. "Companies using a honest approach when dealing with customers and employees alike, frees itself from uncertainty, and energizes everyone involved."

Wolfgram added, "Josh and Zack have done a great job using their years of experience working with some major players, and refining only the best parts of that knowledge to create a truly unique company. A company focused on quality people, quality customers and being the best commercial pest control organization in Northern California. I am thrilled to be part of this organization and look forward to our team achieving remarkable accomplishments in the years to come."
