Copesan Services will end its relationship with Schendel Pest Services, Topeka, Kan., as a result of Schendel being sold to Terminix.

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. - Copesan Services will end its relationship with Schendel Pest Services, Topeka, Kan., now a wholly owned subsidiary of The ServiceMaster Company, following their recent sale to ServiceMaster, Copesan announced.

"Schendel's relationship with Copesan has been instrumental to our growth and we know that Copesan will remain strong because of its many great partners across the country," said Brent Boles, president, Schendel Pest Services.

Schendel has been a long-time Copesan Partner.

"Schendel and Copesan share a commitment to providing exceptional service and account management to our clients and our management teams will be working hand-in-hand to smoothly transition service," said Deni Naumann, president, Copesan. "We fully support each other and will partner together to make this change seamless for our clients. Copesan successfully works through transitions in our Partner network and we know that this change will be no different. Our focus remains on providing the best service to our clients."
