WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. – Marathon Data Systems, LLC, announces the immediate availability of the Premium Customer Portal for its PestPac office management system.  This new module provides pest control companies with a scalable, client-facing website that offers automated e-mail alerts, a comprehensive set of trend reports, and a PCI DSS compliant online payment system.

The Premium Customer Portal helps facilitate communication between pest management professionals and their clients by fully integrating with Marathon Data’s PestPac and PestPac Mobile products. The portal’s built-in customization features allow it to mirror the look and feel of an existing website or to be privately branded for each large customer, ultimately creating a more seamless experience to the end-user, according to the company. The portal’s adaptive features empower pest management professionals with tools to meet the needs of both small residential customers and large commercial accounts.

“The Premium Portal allows our users, both large and small, to become instantly more competitive when bidding on commercial contracts, helping them to win more business, drive growth, and take share in the food processing, retail, restaurant, and hospitality industries,” said Chris Sullens, President and CEO of Marathon Data Systems. “With our PestPac Mobile handheld application, PestPac users have the ability to collect and process an unprecedented amount of data paperlessly in the field.  Our web-based Premium Customer Portal now enables those users to present that data in a highly customizable yet easily digestible format that is accessible to their small and large commercial customers whenever and wherever they want.”
