BOSSIER CITY, La. — Six-year-old Luke Tynes sat impatiently waiting to speak to Billy Bretherton, better known as A&E’s “Billy the Exterminator,” who he has watched on television for as long as he can remember.

Bretherton was on hand Tuesday to surprise and enlighten the kindergarten and first-grade classes of W.T. Lewis Elementary in Bossier City as part of the school’s community helpers unit.
