Truly Nolen of America Announces Branch Manager Promotions

The firm announces the promotions of Jorge Sandoval to commercial branch manager in San Diego and Jose Salas to branch manager of the Palm Springs location.

Jorge SandovalSan Diego, Calif. — Truly Nolen of America announced the recent promotion of Jorge Sandoval to commercial branch manager of the newest Southern California branch in San Diego. He will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the day-to-day operations.

Sandoval joined the Truly Nolen team in September 2009 as a sales associate at the Anaheim branch. A year later, Jorge entered the manager training program and successfully completed the program within three months.

Before starting at Truly Nolen, Jorge was in the Marine Corps stationed in the Middle East. Once returning to the United States he worked in all categories of sales including sales management for many years, until determining sales in the pest control industry was best suited for him.

“Jorge showed quite impressive management and people skills during his MIT training classes,” said Leo Gomes, district manager of commercial operations in Arizona and California. “I believe his previous management experience and people skills will be the perfect fit for the newest Southern California branch.”

Truly Nolen of America also announced the promotion of Jose Salas to branch manager of the firm’s Palm Springs location. He will monitor and evaluate administrative staff and technicians, and handle the day-to-day operations within Palm Springs.

Jose SalasSalas began his career with the company in September 2007 as a termite technician. He quickly worked his way up the ranks and started treating all types of pest problems. After a year conducting field work he began his career in sales.

Jose decided to attend the manager training program in the summer of 2010, and successfully completed the program in October.

“This is Jose’s first assignment as a branch manager and I look forward to his continued growth and high success,” said Mark Ringlstetter, district manager of Southern California. “We are so pleased he has continued to grow with the Southern California Truly Nolen family.”
