Chris Bare Appointed Director Of Marketing At Massey Services

Orlando, Fla. — Chris Bare, a Central Florida marketing industry veteran of more than 20 years, was recently appointed director of marketing at Massey Services, the nation’s fifth largest pest management and landscape services company. In this role, Bare is responsible for marketing planning and program development for all of the organization’s services, market and customer analysis as well as website development.

“We are pleased to welcome Chris to the Massey family,” said Tony Massey, president and COO of Massey Services. “Chris’ vast experience in marketing strategy, lead generation and tactical implementation rounds out the expertise of the Massey marketing team and will help our company achieve our immediate and long-term goals.”

Prior to accepting the position as director of marketing at Massey Services, Bare served as the director of advertising for Visit Orlando, formerly the Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau. While there, Bare helped to globally promote Central Florida as a tourist destination. Bare also held leadership positions at various Central Florida non-profits as well as a local communications agency.

Bare graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida. He shares Massey Services’ commitment to giving back and participates in local charitable efforts with Hope & Help of Central Florida as well as the Rollins College Athena PowerLink Advisory Panel.
