As it gets cooler, Nader's Pest Raiders technician said he expects more rodent problems.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — These days, exterminator Lee Moore is on search-and-discovery mission.

"I know where to look and what to look for," said Moore, adding that he is finding a rodent problem on the First Coast.

"I've come face to face with a couple of raccoons in the attic - kind of scary," he said. "Rats are the worst problem right now; we've got a lot of rat calls coming in."
