Lincoln, Neb. — The Internet Center for Wildlife Damage Management has received funding from the National Pest Management Association to study the effectiveness of raccoon eviction fluids. The organization is looking for PMPs interested in helping with this research.
Participants are paid a stipend per chimney job. These stipends are paid in addition to any charges you assess the client.

Because this is a scientific study, it is imperative that participants abide by the study parameters, officials say. The parameters include:

• Female raccoons with young dwelling in a chimney. No other location or situation is allowed.
• The application of materials and documentation must be accomplished as directed.

If you remove six or more female raccoons with young from chimneys each year, Internet Center for Wildlife Damage Management wants to hear from you. However, the group is open to those PMPs who can guarantee getting three (the minimum sample size).
