FARMINGDALE, N.J. – For the second consecutive year Cowleys Pest Services made NJBiz’s ‘Best Places to Work’ list. The company was notified about making the list (in the Small Companies category - 15 to 49 employees) and its official ranking will be announced in September.
The placement was based on Cowleys participation in the Best Places to Work survey and was determined based on employee survey responses. The program confidentially collects data, allowing workers to share feedback about their employers, and for those companies to learn from and act on that knowledge.
Cowleys Co-Owner Bill Cowley said the company is proud of this recognition and it is especially gratifying to be recognized in this difficult labor market.
"We are extremely proud to be recognized by NJ BIZ for a 2nd consecutive year as one of the Best Places to work in NJ. We have been working diligently for over 30 years with this goal in mind. We have become a workplace of choice. A workplace with a great culture. I look forward to sharing the news with my brother Drew and all the superstars we work with every day at Cowleys," said Bill Cowley, co-owner of Cowleys Pest Services.
