Terminix Acquires Pest Solutions

 

Eric Ufer founded Pest Solutions in 2011 after seeing the need for quality and dependable pest control services firsthand as a rental property owner. Pest Solutions was formed with the mission of solving pest problems while utilizing technology and integrated pest management methodologies. Ufer and his team adopted the slogan, “Green As Can Be” to emphasize their eco-friendly approach to pest management. 

 

After a decade in the industry, Ufer built Pest Solutions into one of the leading commercial pest control operations in the greater Portland, Ore., area, with several landmark accounts including many municipalities and cities. Ufer and his staff are excited to join the Terminix team and be part of the growth opportunity in the Pacific Northwest.”

The Aust Group represented Pest Solutions as the exclusive financial advisor on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 15, 2021, and the terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
